Design and build for global government climate change initiative

MCA4climate is a major initiative designed to help governments, particularly in developing countries, identify climate policies and measures that are low cost, environmentally effective and consistent with national development goals.
It provides a structured approach to assessing and prioritising climate policy actions, while taking into account economic, social and environmental costs and benefits. MCA4climate challenges the widely-held perception that tackling climate change is costly, and highlights the potential developmental benefits of addressing climate change.
