It manufactures a range of brands including the award-winning Cathedral City cheddar, Clover spread, Country Life butter and Frijj, the top-selling flavoured milk drink. Its catering arm, Dairy Crest Foodservice, is the fourth largest in the UK and serves over 35,000 customers across all sectors including hotels, restaurants, schools, cafes, convenience stores, hospitals and care-homes.
