Integrated mobile app with video content

Brief

Snoveo wanted to bring its online content to a free app for iPhone. It had drawn up full technical specifications and designs, but needed assistance with ensuring the project was delivered on time and on spec. It also required help with back-end integration, particularly with streaming video content.
