Novus fought off tough competition from Tesco Bank, Three UK and Mamas and Papas to take home first prize.
Developed using Red Ant’s digital store platform to integrate and orchestrate data from a variety of sources in real time, the Customer Experience Dashboard allows Novus to review, respond to and analyse customer feedback from one central place. This gives them the ability to easily track online review sites, customer surveys and social media, making it simple for the business to react quickly, adapt and improve its offering to drive continued success.
