Our Ants come from all backgrounds - some have degrees, others joined us straight from school, some have worked in different industries and taken the opportunity to change their careers and develop new skills, and some have travelled from overseas to make Red Ant and London their new home.
What they all have in common is talent - we're proud of the fact that we can spot talent in people no matter what route they've chosen to get here. If you're talented, curious and as passionate as we are, we'd like to hear from you.
Red Ant's award-winning team are changing the in-store experience for leading brands from IKEA to Hammerson and Office shoes. We love what we do, and it shows in our commitment to producing brilliant work for our clients.
Everyone works better if they're in a happy environment, so we have our own ANTerprise social committee to make sure we enjoy ourselves as well. Regular activities include quiz nights, cook-offs and seasonal events such as Christmas jumper day.
PhilANThrophy, our volunteering committee, organises community support and charitable activity. Everyone has two days a year to support the local community and we take part in organised events once a quarter. And every year there’s a company-wide activity - for example the 50km Peak District Challenge - to raise money for our chosen charity PAPYRUS – Prevention of Young Suicide.
Our parties are legendary - getting together outside work is a fantastic way to celebrate our achievements, whether it's the end of a successful project or an industry award.
